We have done our best to display taxes, transaction fees and shipping prices accurately. However, KICHU will not be responsible for any change in transaction fees and shipping or custom charges that may occur for domestic or international shipping. KICHU reserves the right to adjust any prices at any time without prior notice.
Prices mentioned by the products are inclusive taxes.
We accept Credit/Debit card transactions or NetBanking which are accepted via Payu
All international payments are accepted via Payu. Direct Bank transfers are also acceptable. It is up to the customer to bear the transaction charges.
International shipping prices are calculated at the checkout.
Shipping within India is calculated at the checkout.
All orders are dispatched within 5-7 working days from the date of purchase and can take up to 5 working days for domestic delivery and 10 working days for international delivery. Upon dispatch, the customer will be notified and shall receive the tracking details of the package. For international order KICHU will not be held responsible for any additional charges to be paid at customs.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours from the time of purchase. Your payment shall be refunded within 7 - 10 working days.
EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS
For exchange and refunds you can email us at email@example.com or call on 0141 – 4023984. (Mon – Fri between 11:00 am - 06:00 pm). All items must be returned to us with the tags and the packaging intact.
Domestic Orders :
Once an item is purchased, we can accept the status of a refund up to 5 working days from the date of delivery.
Our team will organise a pick up. But it is up to you to fully cooperate with our team for pick ups and returns. Multiple failed attempts for pick up may result in a denial for exchange or refund of the product.
Exchanges are valid up to 10 working days from the date of purchase.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on international orders. Arranging a pick up is not possible. However, if the customer is willing to send the piece back at their own cost we would reconsider.
It would be advisable to email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the purchase. We would be happy to aid in your decision making so you are sure about the products that you wish to purchase.
If a defected or damaged item has been received, we urge the customer to contact us within 48 hours from the time of delivery and we shall arrange for or an exchange of goods.
